Shipping policy
Jbellas ships all domestic orders within 1 to 3 business days using flat-rate and expedited options at checkout. Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. We also offer international delivery to select regions. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on your final package weight and destination address.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (free on orders over $150).
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional $14.99).
International Shipping: 7–14 business days (calculated at checkout).
Processing Times
Orders process within 1 to 3 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday.
Holidays and weekends are excluded.
You get an email with a tracking link when your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Jbellas is not responsible for lost packages after carrier delivery.
Contact the mail carrier directly to file a claim.
Email us if your item arrives broken or damaged.
